You choose your preferred egg White or Brown and we deliver fresh, locally sourced eggs straight to your doorstep on your zone’s delivery day. Your subscription renews automatically, and you can pause, skip, or cancel anytime through your customer portal.

Where do your eggs come from?

All our eggs are sourced from small family farms around the Ottawa region. We focus on ethical, free-range farms that follow sustainable and humane practices. Every egg is collected, packed, and delivered within days — never stored in warehouses.

What if I’m not home during delivery?

No problem! You can leave a cooler or insulated box at your door, and our driver will place your eggs safely inside. We recommend leaving a note in your account with any specific delivery instructions (like “leave by the garage door”).

Can I change or skip a delivery?

Yes! Simply log in to your Ottaweggs account to skip a week, pause your plan, or change your delivery frequency. You’ll never be locked in — we believe in flexibility and freshness.

What happens if my eggs arrive damaged?

While we take great care during transport, accidents can happen. If any eggs arrive cracked or broken, just fill out the form above and you will either receive an account credit or a replacement within 3 days.
